The physical demands of Australian football, from the amateur to professional level, are greater than any other sport. The combination of speed, power, contact, endurance and precision makes footballers fascinating to watch and at the same time prone to injury. It is essential that when completing rehab understanding that the athlete must be able to run, cut, jump, tackle, kick and mark. Unfortunately, too often in this sport players suffer from repeat injuries, or come back too soon and suffer another setback.
