Clinical Pilates Instructor
Charlotte is a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science) and Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy). She is also a clinical pilates instructor and works with the Fremantle Dockers AFL side designing and implementing individualised programs for the players. This work extends into the WAFL system where she delivers pilates for multiple players across varying teams. She was based at Perth Football Club for many years, prior to starting with the Fremantle Dockers.
Charlotte has completed further training and study in women’s health through the Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA). She has experience in treating pregnancy related musculoskeletal pain, stress urinary incontinence, urge incontinence, Rectus Abdominis Diastasis (abdominal separation), sexual pain and various other Pelvic Floor related issues.
Charlotte has particular skills in treating:
- Lower back injury rehabilitation
- Lower limb muscular injury & prevention
- Women's Health related issues
- Acute or chronic knee and ankle injuries
- Pre-point , TDC and Dance Assessments
Outside of work, Charlotte is a dancer, attends the gym and pilates regularly and enjoys being outdoors.
