James is an enthusiastic sports physiotherapist with over 10 years experience in the field. He currently works full time with the Fremantle Dockers AFL side as Rehabilitation Manager and brings this expertise to his patients at the practice.
Completing his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Perth James has been granted the title of "APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist." James is also continuing his studies in High Performance Sport which has widened his scope of practice to include sports science and performance.
He has previously worked in New York City at a multi-disciplinary sports medicine clinic as well as held roles at the WACA, Western Bulldogs & East Perth Football Club.
James is available for bookings online through his Rehabilitation Consultancy service which brings a premium service for complex or recurrent injuries. He is happy to see all types of problems at the clinic but has special interest and expertise in:
✅ Recurrent soft tissue injuries (Hamstring, Calf, Quadricep)
✅ ACL and other knee injuries
✅ Athletic groin or hip pain (including return to high-level activities post-THR)
✅ Cartilage and bone stress injuries of the lower limb
✅ Shoulder dislocations or instability
James works closely with your existing team of coaches, physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, and general practitioners to provide a collaborative and seamless rehabilitation experience. His approach includes:

When not working James enjoys family time with his wife and children, training for triathlon and connecting with his football club Trinity Aquinas FC where he is an A grade premiership player.
